What Can You Expect from Our Maintenance Service?
Meyer’s will schedule your maintenance before the temperature rises or drops. This is usually during late spring or early summer for air conditioners and during late fall or early winter for gas furnaces.
Some of the things we perform for air conditioning maintenance include:
- Cleaning condenser coil
- Check Freon levels, fan operation, and filters
- Inspect condensate drain
- Lubricate condenser and blower motors
- Calibrate thermostat
For gas furnaces, our maintenance includes:
- Check fan and gas valve operation
- Clean and adjust pilot and burners
- Check thermocouple
- Inspect heat exchanger
